Real time motor control using Simscape and Arduino

Hi,

I have a DC motor using an L298N motor controller and an Arduino Uno.  I am trying to make the motor run a standard duty cycle (WLTP) 
This has specific speeds at specific times.  Is there anything special I need to do to make sure that the Simscape contro
system is executing in real time, not a simulation time?

Can I make Arduino circuit diagram using MATLAB Simulink and Simscape ? and can i also control it using sensors? please reply.
