change the built-in synchronous machine models in Simulink from current into voltage sources

Hi @Zakarya,

To view and modify the internal current‐source implementation of Simscape’s built-in Synchronous Machine blocks, you must “look under the mask”.

Within the unmasked subsystem look for the element that enforces the machine’s internal current injection and remove that block. Then you can use an "Ideal Voltage Source" or "Controlled Voltage Source" into the network. Finally connect it to the same nodes where the current source was, and configure its voltage profile.
