How to find Efficiency Map from a .mat file

I have the .mat file of Smart car efficiency map. I am not sure how to plot the efficiency map with this data.

What are you plotting Efficiency against? What do you want to be the x values?

If you directly plot Efficiency (which is a matrix), the output will be plot of each column against their indices.
