i cannot access simulink fundamental courses

i have matlab onramp and fundamentals certificates also have simulink onramp, but i cannot access my simulink fundamentals course

yesterday i work the course, but today it rejects my progress, what can i do

The issue is resolved now.

As an alternative, you can use

learning.simulink.launchOnramp('slbe')

You can also access the courses using their online versions.
