I have a simulator developed under Matlab application and I would like to generate the FMU file.

Hi Jaaf,
Please refer to 'exportToFMU2CS' function to know about Exporting Simulink model to functional mock-up unit (FMU) and refer Export Simulink Model to Standalone FMU example to understand more about exporting Simulink component to standalone Co-Simulation FMU with Simulink Compiler.
