• Navigate the MATLAB Downloads website: https://in.mathworks.com/downloads/
• On the "Select Release" column on the left side of the page, click on "Show More" and find "R2019b"
• Click on "R2019b" option and a download link should appear in the center of the screen in blue
• In the "I want to" selection field on the top, click on the dropdown and pick "get ISO and DMGs"
• On the blue download button in the center, click on the dropdown and select "Download for Linux"
• Hit download and save the file in the necessary directory
