Classification Learner not responding in Machine Learning Onramp Module 5: I can't start a new session

I am currently stuck at module 5 of the machine learning onramp because the classification learner would not respond. This occurred on section 5.3 'Training a Model'. I couldn't find any answer here and I tried the solution posted in the course as well. Is there someone here who has experienced this or know what's going on? I would really appreciate the help.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with the Classification Learner app in Machine Learning Onramp. You might be able to resolve this issue by clearing your browser cache, or by resetting the MATLAB Online session following these instructions.

Thank you for you reply. I followed the instructions you posted, but the issue persisted, I ended up using another computer and I was able to finish the course.
