how to replace a dataset with another one in matlab

please, I had imported my dataset to run my code, but since then I want to replace this dataset. indeed, when I imported the new dataset, I thought that the old one should be overwritten automatically. when I run the code it is always the old one that appears what to do? thank you for your help

Try deleting the file before you write it out again.

recycle('on');
delete(fileName); % Send fileName to recycle bin

I think you attached the wrong files. This one doesn't read in any workbook or attempt to write out any workbook.
