App designer, change trends on plot with mouse movement?

I have an analogue signal which needs to be compensated due to a temperature change. I have a reference signal. My analogue signal does not need to be identical but needs to follow the general trend.

Is it possible, using Matlab App Designer, I could have some type of plot with Temperature on one axis and percentage on another and then drag the trend line at certain points and see the adjustment being made on my analogue signal when compared to the reference signal?

App designer does allow to control the appearance and behaviour of UIAxes.

As you haven’t specified which type of trend line you want to insert. I am attaching a list of options provided by the App Designer here which will help you to adjust your graph and change it according to your needs.
