Communicating Simscape multibody with temperature and pressure sensors

I have imported a mechanical model from Solidworks to Simscape multibody. I have tried to link temperature sensor to some parts of the mechanism to see the effect of temperature on them. But I did not find any link between sensors and bodies, and the following photo describes the problem. I need to know if there are methods and blocks that could be used to link between multibody and any other simscape tools.

Simscape Multibody doesn't deal with heat and temperature. You need to build a thermal model either with the Thermal Library in the Simscape Fundation Library or Smulink.
