error after installing addon of ardiuno support package for simulink while connecting to ardiuno board

Make sure there isn't an issue with your Windows Management Instrumentation. Open wmimgmt.msc with the key combo Win+R. Right-click on WMI Control (Local) and make sure no errors appear. If error do appear here, you'll need to resolve them and are related to Windows, not MATLAB.
