Are there marker types sensitive to light ?

I know markers are theoritically zero dimension objects (as mathematical points), but sometimes I would like to use light (camlight typically) effects on them to improve / enhance the rendering of my plots.

Do you know some markers which are sensitive to camlight ?

If not what would you advise me as a substitution / solution ?
