Cannot complete installing Instrument Control Toolbox, about three hours after starting installment.

Hi!

I chose to install Instrument Control Toolbox.

The installment doesn't finish although it's been about three hours since I started installing it.

Could you tell me what I should do?

How are you installing the toolbox? Through the MathWorks Product Installer or through the Add-On Explorer? If you haven’t tried one of these methods already, try it.

Make sure you have any antivirus software disabled and anything blocking or interfering with your internet connection turned off.

I was trying the Add-on Explorer.

When I restarted installment the third tme, then it started to work again somehow. Maybe it had something to do with my internet connection but, I'm not very sure becaause networking in my room is fairly well.

I'll try the MathWorks Product Installer, too if this kind of problem arises again.
