Can I call the neural network trained in *. mat in Python through the matlab API?

There is a trained neural network in my demo.mat

How can I call through matlab API in python

In the end, I just need to run the following code in Python and get the YPred value

[net,YPred] = predictAndUpdateState(net,xtrain,'ExecutionEnvironment','cpu');
