how to resize the image

Hi,

I have plotted 2 images in one figure using subplot

figure(1);

clf

set(gcf,'Position',[20, 180, 1280, 720])

subplot(1,2,1)

imshow(image_array{1,1})

subplot(1,2,2)

imshow(image_array{2,1})

and my plot looks like as shown in image.

I would like to increase the size of the image. How can I do that?
