Why is the induction motor speed very low and at a negative value

I have ran open loop induction motor control with a pwm generator. The input three phase supply frequency I have used is 40 Hz. I am wondering why the rotor speed of the induction motor is very low and negative at about -4 rad/s. Attached is my model.

set your scope parameter setting, uncheck limited data points. reduce torque as zero.
