For some reason there are these small blue squares on the boarder of my graphs and I cannot seem to get rid of (see image below) does anyone know what to do about these? They are not the squares used to abjust the figure size.

The code is from LIMO eeg matlab program so I'm not sure it would be much help here or what exactly I would have to show you within this code. But these squares do not show up in all of my images only a couple so i don't know what they are coming from. Is it not possible to simply direct me to in matlab figure editor solution that removes the boarders and remakes them or something like that?

Hi James,
I assume that these screenshots are taken from figure windows. These squares appear when we open "property editor" or "plot edit toolbar" or something similar in a figure window. This indicates the element that is selected and at the same time the "pointer" icon gets selected as well. You can refer the below picture:
You can deselect the pointer icon which will remove the squares.
I hope this helps!
