Different Plots seen in MATLAB and Simulink

Dear All,

I want help in a very simple issue. I made a function and called it in Simulink. If i use the plot function (inside the .m file) i get the desired plot (Shown in Blue in the image) and when i double click on the scope (in Simulink) to get the graph (which should be the same) i get a lot of different plots and not the one i expected. There must be something in the settings that i need to change to get the desired result. Help would be appreciated.
