@NACER If you've purchased your own license for release R2023a or R2023b, you should have received instructions via email on how to download and install the product. Check your spam folder to see if the instructions got stuck there. If it didn't get caught in your spam filter and you have not received the instructions, please contact Customer Service directly using this link.
If you're using your company's or educational institution's license, you should contact whoever maintains those licenses (likely someone in the IT department) for help with downloading, installing, and/or activating the products.
If you have not purchased a license and you want to do so, go to the store. Or MATLAB Online (basic) may suit your needs.

It is no longer possible for us to directly link to a download a specific release -- at least not one that old. Use https://www.mathworks.com/downloads/web_downloads/ and on the left, "Show more" and then on the bottom of that list, "Show all", and you will then be able to select R2014a
This assumes that your account is already authorized for R2014a and is authorized to download old releases. University accounts and commercial accounts are not always authorized to download old releases.

These instructions can be used for R2014a and later. Earlier releases use a different installer.
Step 2: on the left side, select "Show More"
Step 3: still on the left side, select Show All
Step 4: click on R2014a (or as appropriate for your needs)
In the middle, a blue box will offer a platform.
Step 5a: If it is the wrong platform for you, click on the downwards triangle
Step 5b: and then click on the platform you do want.
Steps 5a and 5b may be omitted if it is already showing the platform you want.
Step 6, when it is showing the platform you want, click the blue button
Step 7: the installer will start downloading automatically, or possibly you will be asked where you want to store the downloader. The message that comes up will also show what MATLAB Central username you will need to authenticate against for this license.

Some of the details have changed since I posted the above guide, but it should not be difficult to figure out.
