I want to know what is this block in the fig. I have seen this block before, but I completely forgot about it

I think it's a Display block. Right-click on it. There should be something in that menu that either identifies it directly or can identify it with an one more click.

Ok. Probably an IC (Initial Condition) block.

Just double click on it to see the block parameters. At that top of the dialog box, it should say:

Block Parameters: BlockType (with BlockType being the actual type of the block).

Or, highlight it in the model and execute at the command prompt:

get_param(gcb,'BlockType')
