Compare predicted graph obtained from Simbiology to experimental data

Hi everyone,
I have been using SimBiology to fit my data and have came up with a model. I would like to compare the predicted graph to experimental results.
Is there a way to do so in the app itself?
Thank you.

Hi Eunice,
You can do the above in the model analyzer app itself. Once you are done with the fitting (either regression or mixed effects), you can view them in the new plot. Click on the "New Plot" in the "home tab", this will open an empty figure. You can drag and drop the results of the fitting program into this plot.
This plot will show you the comparison of the fitting with the experimental data.

Hi Achal,
Thank you for your reply. I was hoping for a more numeric comparison.
Thank you.

Hi Eunice,
There is another option of comparing numerical values. Click on the "New Datasheet (next to New Plot)" and drag and drop experimental data. Likewise, you can also drag and drop simdataI to compare the two values.
In the figure below, Data refers to experimental data in my model.

Hi Achal,
Thank you for your reply. The fitted data somehow prints out the y values with different x values compared to the experimental data. Is there a way to make it consistent?
Thank you.
Hi Eunice,
My best guess is that you need to set the time units on the model to the same time units you have in the experimental data. Let me know if it works.
