Is the antenna coupling and polarization included in the antenna/phased array toolbox?

When the array is created with ula or ura directly, the only related parameter is ElemeSpacing. When the spacing is changed, is the mutual coupling changed or it is not considered? The same question is applied to linearArray and rectangularArray.

linearArray and rectangularArray include the effect of mutual coupling. ula and ura do not.

Is this because that linearArray and rectangularArray are calculated using the numerical method, and ula/ura is just the array factor?
