Failed to install MATLAB Support Package for Arduino Hardware.

I'd like to install a Add-Ons of MATLAB Support Package for Arduino Hardware.

I got download but it's failed to program the Arduino board.

'COM4' is existed and it's correct USB port with the Arduino board.

How to solve this issue?

• Switch the Arduino board to a different port on your computer.
• Check if the COM port is set up correctly.
• If the error message seems to be a temporary glitch, remove the board from the host PC and reconnect it.
• Press the "Reset" button on the hardware when you click on the "Program" button from the hardware setup screen.

However, if you are using Catalina 10.15.1, the recommended solution is to upgrade your macOS version to macOS Catalina 10.15.2.
