Regularized hypergeometric function in Matlab

Hello everyone,
I would like to implement the value of a regularized hypergeometric function : .
I don't know how to write it in Matlab : For instance, I know that the regularized confluent hypergeometric function is written like this :
=
hypergeom(a,b,c)/gamma(b);
But when the a vector is empty how do we write the regularized form ?
The generalized form in my case should be something like :
hypergeom([],b,c);
Anyone for help please ?
Thank you.

syms k
desired = hypergeom([], 2, 1/(4*k))

@Walter Roberson Ok : so you rewrite it as a bessel function ? Thank you for your help. But is there a direct way to implement regularized function ?
syms b c
desired = hypergeom([], b, c) / gamma(b)
desired =
