Fitting curve of multiple variables

Hey community!

I have three variables (rainfall, temperature and inputs), and the corresponding crop yield. I would like to fit a curve and be able to interpolate crop yield usingfuture scenarios of rainfall, temperature and inputs.

How can I do that using curve fitting toolbox?
