AD9361 modelへのフィルタ係数のインポート(AD9361 Filter Wizard使用)

AD9361 modelを使用してシミュレーションを回す際、
AD9361 Filter wizardで作成したフィルタをモデル内部(添付図参照)へインポートさせたいのですが、
どうすればよろしいでしょうか。
