Error in Neural Networks nnd3hamc example?

I was following along with the Hamming Network example created by the command nnd3hamc. It looks like the bias is not applied in the example. I ran the calculations manually in excel, and the results of the example match only when the bias is set to zero.

Thank you for flagging this. The Examples for Building Neural Networks app, including the nnd3hamc command has moved to GitHub:

I've fixed the problem there.
