How to perform step by step predictive Maintenance using Digital Twins (On MATLAB)

I am currently loooking to perform predicitve maintanence on a model but I have no acces to any data so I have read on predictive maintenace on MATLAB and have an understanding of how the procedure works and how it is possible to generate both healthy and faulty data when using a data driven aproach, However, if there is anyone who can give me a step by step guide on how to perform the predictive maintanence so I may be able to apply this on my project, I would be thankful.
