FOR LOADING THE FILE IN XILINX, I NEDD BINARY EXTENSION FILE. FOR THAT I HAVE TO CONVERT AN EMG SIGNAL TO BINARY FORMAT

I am assuming that you are talking about conversion of data files.

Do you have a sample file that you can upload with the EMG signal data?
