How can I control GUI layout form?

Hi, I am developing some tools which use GUI platform of MATLAB. I want to know how can I control the GUI layout form. I mean, when I enter 5 on the edit box which is for controling GUI platform, then I want that 5 additional box will be appeared on GUI layout. When I enter 10 on that edit box, I want that 10 additional box will be appeared on GUI layout. Do you guys know how it can work?
