See the FAQ. Anyway, describing some esoteric algorithm, which presumably is described in some paper you have, is not a MATLAB question.

If there is any code for that, which I doubt because it sounds extremely specialized, it would be in the File Exchange. If it's not there you'll probably have to write it yourself or hire someone to write it.

I've never heard of that. Again, it sounds like some name some author gave to his algorithm in some paper.
