Unable to create visa object with TekVisa

PC and MSO4104B Tek oscilloscopes are connected through USB and TekVisa 4.9 is installed. I am getting the following error:

 g = visa( 'tek' , 'USB::0x0699::0x0409::C010730::INSTR');
??? Error using ==> visa.visa at 228
The specified VENDOR adaptor could not be found.

Tektronix Open Choice Instrument Manager shows that TekVisa is working find.

Any suggestions?

Use instrfind('visa') to find drivers and use that instead of 'tek'
