App Designer Design Mode Right Panel Not Showing Until App Ran

When I quit working on my app yesterday, design view looked normal. My right panel extended out to the right side of my UIFigure. I saved my app and quit MATLAB. I opened my app back up today and it looks like this. The right panel is crammed into a sliver and the UIFigure goes far out to the right. I can't expand the right panel out, it won't let me. I can't shrink the UIFigure either.

However, when I run it, the right panel does extend all the way to the right but now my graphs are extended out past the side of my monitor and I can't fix them in my app designer.

Any clues as to why the design view isn't showing the right panel correctly and why I can't edit it?

For anyone else that has an issue like this, the only solution I found was to copy everything over into a new project. This meant copy and pasting each callback one at a time. Very annoying.
