MATLAB R2021b error running installer

I have just tried to run the installer. I am gonna try do unpack manually. I will let you kow how it goes.

Manual unpacking does not work, so don't try it.

I have tried manually and desactivated the virus protection. It shows the same error. What else can I try?

What does the event viewer tell you about the occurring problems?

Do you try to run the installer from the protected download folder? Then simply create a new (not protected folder), move the installer files and run it from there.
