for obtaining matlab code that I can through discribe Laser Diode

Dear Sir,

My name is Mohamed Elwakdy. I am working as Research Assistant at American University in Cairo. I am working in radar project at American University from August 1, 2011. In this project, I am using Matlab Program and I have difficult to solve some problems with this program. In this project, I send the chirp signal to the laser diode through the operational amplifier. I would like to know “what is the function or code that I must to use it to describe the laser diode in Matlab program??” I am looking to to send the chirp signal to the object through laser beam.

I am not clear as to what you would do with the description of the laser diode if you had one available?
