Assuming you own Control System Toolbox or System Identification Toolbox, you could use the "bode" command.

This will give you a magnitude and phase plot for your filter.

To design your filter you could use the "tf" command.

s = tf('s')

And then you can freely define your filter transfer function with "s". The Transfer function can then be passed into "bode" for your desired graphs.
