Copy sheets from an excel workbook to a new created workbook with matlab

Hello,

my question is how to use matlab to copy sheets from a specific workbook, create a workbook, and copy the sheets to the new workbook. I tried to following code:

wkbk = ExcelApp.Workbooks.Open(fullname);

wksheet = wkbk.Worksheets.Item('sheet1');

wksheet.Copy(wksheet);

but it copies the sheet into the same workbook and I wasn't sure how to create a new one and copy the sheet there.

I would highly appreciate your help.
