I have a brain MRI dataset (T2W MRI of the oasis3 dataset) in nifti format. How can I extract the k-space (with Fourier) and plot the signal?

Hi,
You can use the niftiread function to read the MRI volumetric data from a NIfTI file.
If the volume is in spatiotemporal domain, you can use the Fourier transform operator fft2 or fftn (whichever is compatible with the imaging protocol for the dataset) to get the k-space data.
