How to enable the ruler in GUI?

Could someone tell me how to enable the ruler in GUI. It is the same as the following picture.

Goto:- Tools -> Grid & Rulers ->Check Show Ruler CheckBox.

You mean

axis on;

??? You can also set tick mark spacing if you need to.

Thanks. I mean the axises use in GUI to creata the size of the gui's layout.
