MatlabR2019b standalone sharing

If I create an app using the Design App tool box in Matlab and send it as a standalone to different people, will they be able to run the app if they have Matlab Runtime? or maybe I have to use Matlab Compiler? Thanks

You need to have MATLAB compiler and they need to install the MCR.
