How silently activate the installed Matlab with network license

How silently activate the installed Matlab with network license? Activation with the "activationFile.txt" file that includes 5 lines, does not work silently and opens GUI:

the activateCommand=activateOnline

isSilent=true

enableLNU=yes

licenseFile=C:\FLEXLM\license.dat

installLicenseFileDir=C:\FLEXLM
