how to apply multiple feature set to a classify images

I have mutiple categories of images like kidney cyst, stone and normal. I have extracted the features of these images separately. Now i dont know how to give these features to a clssifier like svm for classifying these images. Please help me with your suggestions. Any help is appreciated.
