I can't download matlab7
Show older comments
hi, when i try to download matlab7 in my computer ,I'm facing this problem.
this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way ,
I found in this thread the same problem http://www.mathworks.ch/matlabcentral/newsreader/view_thread/106643
I apply what was suggested in this thread, but when I try to rename the folder he mentioned ,this message appears
can not rename this folder because the folder or file in it was opened in another program
But, I didn't pen any file within that folder.
please , how I resolve this problem? note: I installed matlab7 in another computer without any problem.
thanks

Reboot to safe mode and then the folder will not be in use. Rename it in safe mode and then continue the booting.

Sounds to me like you were able to download it, but you are having trouble installing it.

Generally speaking, I think it is fastest to contact Mathworks Support directly for installation issues, in addition to (or instead of) this forum.
