Amplitude at Hopf Bifurcation Using MatCont

I am using matcont to find limit cycle in a nonlinear system for my MSc project. Please, I want to know how to determine the amplitude of oscillation at Hopf bifurcation (which is the door to limit cycle). I will appreciate your timely contributions as this will help me to meet the deadline for my project. Thanks.

matcont appears to be http://sourceforge.net/projects/matcont/
I am completely unfamiliar with this kind of analysis.
