does anyone have tabu search code to solve heterogeneous fleet vehicle routing problem with time windows? or tabu search to solve vehicle routing problem? pleas help me

The FEX doesn't turn anything up so unless you can find it somewhere else from someone very generous, it's probably not available (for free). Have fun coding! Post specific questions related to MATLAB here, we, in general, won't write the code for you.
