How to find the severity of macular edema from a color fundus image. Here I am attaching the pdf. please refer it and help me.

Once you've programmed it in MATLAB up we can help with error messages, syntax, program flow, and those sorts of MATLAB programming issues. At this point all I can figure is that you want us to program up the whole paper for you. If not, describe what "help" looks like to you, keeping in mind that we don't do heavy duty algorithm development, just simple programming help.
