finding incoherency of matrix

I have two matrix.
A=[1 .987 .893 34;.098 .123 .764 23;.874 .834 45 .555]
B=[.345 8 12 .432;32 54 .123 .289;61 .926 .745 57]
How can i find incoherence of row of A with column of B.
