I am searching for source code to segment the whole heart from CT images.
In CT images, as you can see in the attached image, the regions we want to identify are highly homogeneous in terms of intensity. For example the LV&LA and RV&RA&MYO areas are quite similar in intensity values. Probably what I need is a pattern recognition algorithm that identifies the areas based on their morphological shape rather than intensity.
Please let me know if you find any Matlab code regarding this issue.
Below, there is an image from a CT and a colorful segmented one, which I need. Thank you in advance!

Isn't this the same thing you already asked and I answered in http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/125368-matlab-code-image-segmentation-medical? What's different? I can't tell because for some reason you destroyed your original post and apparently transferred the question here.

Excuse me, I'm a fresh man in whole heart segmentation from CT/MRI. Do you get the whole heart segmentation MATLAB demo? If yes, would it be possible for you to share the code for me? Email:edwardma12593@gmail.com Looking forward to your reply!

It could range from almost trivial (if you can use global thresholding) to extremely difficult. You might want to post your image in a new question.
