how to install curve fitting toolbox

Hi, I just bought and downloaded the curve fitting toolbox for my 2013a student version. I followed instructions but the app does not show in Matlab. The toolbox is listed when enter the command " ver ". Also, the following messages appeared in command window:

 Please advice.

I had this problem with all of my toolboxes. I had to go back and reinstall matlab.
