how to plot with a little bite bias ?

I have a matrix which I want to plot each row separately. each time I want to plot a raw of that matrix. For example , first one plot in y axes 0 and second one y axes 0.05 etc. in a simple words plot the second raw of that matrix a bit higher than the previous one
